At First Overseas the watchword is perfection. Perfection at all levels be it cutting, beading, fabrication or checking. Each phase
is passed through the vigilant eyes of in-house quality controllers; and pieces are rejected or sent for rectification at the slightest
variation from the plan of action. Each time an order is received - a complete plan of action is drawn with actual cut-off dates
keeping in mind the various variances that come into play- be it availability of material, climatic conditions or availability of
labour. After which each stage is tracked in a stipulated time span in a pre-defined system. The management has a track of each
and every action that goes into an order, and it is a point that miscellaneous checks are carried out by the management of each
shipment.

We have fully equipped IT systems including Servers, Workstations, Software & Hardware for Computerized.
Design, Pattern making etc with ZERO downtime.

International Norms \ Social Commitments
Welfare of employees remaining foremost Company’s concern and is fully aware of its social commitments and appropriate
working conditions. Company pays special attention to see that there are proper health facilities like clean toilets, hygienic
working area, clean water and enough air & light. First Aid Boxes are kept at each production floor. Proper rest \ recreation
room has been provided.
Wages are paid without discrimination between men and women, no child worker, proper working hours, leaves and
compensation are given fulfilling legal requirements.
Company keeps safety of workers as its upmost priority and has proper electrical installation, adequate Fire Exits with Fire
Extinguishers at working areas.
